- Salmon & Hamachi (100 grams) - 144 calories
- Octopus (100 grams) - 81 calories
- Unagi (2 strips) - 90 calories
As for dipping sauce, Kikkoman soy sauce is only about 10-15 calories per tablespoon, and wasabi is 15 calories per teaspoon.
